Job Summary

Assist and provide administrative support for the Workers’ Compensation department by a variety of clerical duties related to Workers’ Compensation claims processing.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Communicate with OD Service Centers, Attorneys, Human Resources, and other necessary parties

  • Workers’ Compensation claims setup process

  • Review and monitor Incidents

  • Process Weekly Wage Loss Compensation Checks

  • Assist the Workers’ Compensation Coordinator

  • Backup the WC Claims intake process

  • Assist and Back up TMD (Temporary Modified Duty) Job Assignments

  • Review files/emails to answer requests and provided information to the appropriate parties

  • Answer and direct phone calls

  • Photocopy, scan, fax, email, and file documents

  • Assist with receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming mail

  • Weekly/monthly internal reporting and dashboard data – back up

  • Complete deposits for refunds and recoveries and balance Citibank Statement

  • Sorting and distributing incoming mail

  • Order department supplies

  • Collaborate in group settings

Job Qualifications

Education:

  • High School diploma or equivalent

Experience:

  • 2 years of administrative experience

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills

  • Always maintain a professional business manner when representing OD

Monday,Tuesday,Wednesday,Thursday,Friday,

Working Shift:

AM
